Separation fluid for furniture industry machines used on edgebanders before the initial cutters.
Purpose
Masterio OK20 separation fluid is fed onto the pressure roller or the edge of the board during edgebander processing.
Use
Aerosol — handheld application
Advantages
After it evaporates, the fluid leaves a protective layer on the board, which protects against glue sticking to rollers and against splotching the edge. When applied directly to the edge it leaves a protective layer which prevents scratches. Applied on the processing tools, e.g. cutters and drills it prevents dirt from sticking and facilitates cleaning.
