Look after your conveyor belt

Do you need to replace conveyor belt covers on an edgebander? Masterio offers dozens of types of covers for almost every edgebander available on the Polish market. 

The edgebander’s conveyor belt is a crucial piece of equipment. You should look after it because uneven and worn covers can damage furniture formats.

The covers are part of the conveyor belt transporting furniture formats. They block the format from the bottom — it is blocked from the top by the rollers. The best covers are made from hard, non-slip rubber or non-slip plastics. Masterio has covers just like that.

Covers, also known as dice, come in two types — fully replaceable or with a replaceable working element (but in the second case Masterio offers also replacement mounting elements). Each producer has their own mounting type. Some use special springs or rods – we have such elements on offer along with the covers.

There are dozens of cover models. Masterio offers almost 50 types of covers – 25 single-piece and other 25 two-piece type. We have covers for edgebanders made by Homag, Brandt, IMA, SCM, OTT, Holzer, Biesse or Torwegge. We also make custom covers – there are some unusual Chinese or other exotic edgebanders on the market. We make covers based on a specimen or technical drawing.

For Homag edgebanders we offer covers equivalent to the following catalog numbers: 2-209-01-0030, 4-060-18-0059, 2-209-05-0040, 4-060-18-0081, or 3-017-11-1980 and 4-060-18-0052 (two-piece covers). For Brandt edgebanders we have equivalents of 2-209-80-0030. We also offer equivalents for IMA covers 10671787 (we offer them with a system clasp), Holzer covers 142.5994 and OTT covers 40000304. We even offer Torwegge covers, equivalent to catalog number 3-337-60-7618.

You should remember that if the conveyor belt is frequently used, you should replace all of the covers, not only the most worn ones. Replacing only a few covers may cause an uneven height of the belt, which in turn may result in damaging the furniture formats.
