The standard Masterio spray system includes an electronic control center, optical sensor, pressure regulator, spray nozzles, check valves, mounting brackets, bottles or canisters for the fluid, and hoses for the fluid and compressed air. However, systems differ in technical solutions and purpose, allowing them to be tailored to individual needs.
The SN2 system automatically delivers fluid, triggered by a motion sensor, to a specific part of the machine via a spray nozzle with adjustable flow. The SN3 system delivers fluid independently to two designated points on the machine or production line. The SN5 system provides multipoint fluid delivery using multiple sensors, with adjustable spray timing. The Masterio USB Dispenser is a highly advanced controller for managing, analyzing, and regulating the entire spray system within a machine, programmable to any fluid application schedule as per client requirements.
