Work gets done easier with grease

In order to function properly, an edgebander has to be properly greased. Masterio produces special greases for edgebanders. .

The basic grease used for extending the lifespan of edgebanders’ mechanisms is Masterio 3035 line grease. It is used for greasing guides and line bearings. It is a lithium-calcium grease with a mixture of special base oils and modifiers. It optimises overall grease characteristics, strengthens corrosion protection, prevents wear of machine metal components and protects non-ferrous metals. Masterio offers it in 400 g cartouches.

Masterio 3052 high-temperature grease is used for greasing glue roller bearing on edgebanders. It is a high-temperature silicone grease. It is produced by concentrating polyurea with solid white greases used in high temperatures. It is used for rolling-element and slide bearings under light and medium load and for greasing plastics and clutch disengaging bearings. It is time, medium and temperature-proof, protects from wear and torque. Masterio offers it in 400 g cartouches.

Masterio 3040 grease is used for central greasing units on edgebanders. It a semi-liquid gear grease used in gear, roller and cone transitions. It is produces based on highly refined mineral oil. It contains additives which improve greasing, adhesive, anti-corrosion and antioxidant abilities. It has a high mechanical stability, it dampens gear vibrations and noise. Masterio offers it in 1 kg packages.

Masterio 3090 oil is used when you have to use oil in central greasing unit. It is a multi-functional hydraulic oil for central greasing unit in all kinds of machine tools. It effectively increases lubricating ability, it has a very low friction ratio and superbly prevents vibrations (stick-slip). It has good antiadhesive, anticorrosion and antiwear abilities. It is foaming and oxidation-proof. Masterio offers it in 5 l containers.

Masterio CGLP/CNC oil for cnc machines is also worth mentioning. It is a mineral oil for machine tool carriages and line guides. Special additives guarantee a stable greasing film, low friction ratio and friction vibration elimination. It guarantees a superb separation from working fluids (also water-dilutable) thanks to its demulsifying characteristics. Masterio offers it in 5 l containers.
