Masterio OK 20 BIO separation fluid
Green separation fluid for furniture industry machines used in edgebanders on pressure rollers, board edges, rollers, copying guards, profile sanding discs, tools.
Used in high temperature zone with hot air gluing.
Automatic application from container by Masterio spraying system. The fluid is sprayed automatically on the pressure roller and/or the edge. It can be applied by means of handheld spray bottles on copying guards and tools.
After it evaporates, the fluid leaves a protective layer on the board, which protects against glue sticking to rollers and against splotching the edge. When applied to the edge it leaves a protective layer which prevents scratches. Applied on tools prevents splotching and facilitates cleaning.
