Masterio OK 20 separation fluid
Green separation fluid for furniture industry machines used in edgebanders on pressure rollers, board edges, rollers, copying guards, profile sanding discs, tools.
Masterio OK 20 fluid should be used in high-polished and acrylic edges — it leaves a special protective layer on those edges, which ensures that the protection foil does not separate from the edge tape during machine processing.
Automatic application from a container through Masterio SN spraying system on a pressure roller and/or edge.
It can be applied by means of handheld spray bottles on copying guards and tools.
After it evaporates, Masterio OK 25 fluid leaves a protective layer on the board, which protects against glue sticking to rollers and against splotching the edge. When applied to the edge it leaves a protective layer which prevents scratches.
Applied on tools prevents splotching and facilitates cleaning.
