Red cleaning fluid for furniture industry machines used in edgebanders before polishing blades/brushes and on top and bottom board edge.

Purpose

Masterio OK30 fluid is used in timber and furniture industry in edgebanders.

It is used on polishing blades and cleaning brushes. If there is no jack plane it can be used before the polishing unit.

Use

Automatic application from container by Masterio spraying system The fluid is sprayed automatically on the top and bottom surface of the board.

Advantages
  • removes all separating fluids and glue residue leaving surfaces and edges clean,
  • removes glue cloths from polishing blades and joints,
  • edge radius is wet-polished — it limits thermoplast heating (cools glue joints and the edge),
  • it gives the primal polish to edge angles,
  • evaporates quickly.
