Cleaning granules for removing uncured and cured PUR and EVA adhesive residues from adhesive tanks.

Purpose

For cleaning the adhesive tanks of labelling machines from PUR and EVA adhesives

Use

Pour the granules into the glue tank and switch on the glue heater until the granules have dissolved. The granules will combine with the glue, dissolving it. Place two working offcuts of sticks, tiles, etc. into the solution; wait until the whole mixture has set to the consistency of set jelly. Then remove the set mass by grasping the sticks inserted earlier. After cleaning, switch on the heater and run a few test tile samples through it to completely remove any remaining cleaning agent.
