If you want the wood to move freely in a scraper, you have to provide some slippage. Masterio 09 fluid provides the best slippage. It is used in the biggest woodworking shops in Poland. And to those who use the old-fashioned oil we say – don’t!

Masterio 09 slipping fluid for scrapers is perfect for scraper worktables, saws and other woodworking machines. It is a special blend of hydrocarbons and mineral oils which provides good slippage. It makes the planks run smoothly across the worktable and precision woodwork gets easy.

The largest woodworking shops in Poland use Masterio 09 fluid. It is used by the largest producers of furniture, windows, doors, pallets and garden furniture in our country.

Unfortunately, there is an old-fashioned idea among the woodworkers that if you want the wood to slip well, you have to pour oil on the worktable. It’s a mistake!

Oil penetrates the wood, leaving visible stains and makes painting or varnishing more difficult. Masterio 09 slipping fluid does not penetrate the wood making it easier to work on, paint and varnish.

Masterio 09 fluid has other advantages. It displaces water, protects machine parts so preventing corrosion and extending their durability. It protects the machine from sticking shavings, sawdust and other dust. Masterio 09’s major advantage over oil is the fact, that it neutralizes resin. Our fluid contains no wax or silicone, which also make varnishing and painting more difficult.

Oil is flammable. It’s boiling temperature is 40°C, whereas Masterio 09’s boiling temperature is 180°C. Protecting the environment is important – oil has four hazardous pictographs (GHS02, GHS07, GHS08, GHS09), whereas Masterio 09 has only one. So it is far more secure than gas oil.

Some woodworking shops and sawmills use oil, because it’s cheap. But, according to specialists, it is a short-sighted approach. Oil or slipping fluid? The answer is simple — the best choice is Masterio 09 slipping fluid.
