We offer lubricant substitutes at better prices

You don’t have to overpay for expensive greases and oils for machines and production lines. Masterio provides its own cheaper greases and oils for industrial use. The quality remains the same, but the prices are much better.

Greases in industry are used in central lubrication systems, bearings, gears, guides, and other moving components. Masterio offers the most important types of industrial greases. Our greases significantly reduce friction, extend machine lifespan, and increase corrosion resistance. They displace water, resist oxidation, and provide excellent adhesion.

The basic group includes linear greases for lubricating guides and linear bearings. Our range includes Masterio 3035, a lithium-calcium grease for universal use. It’s an equivalent to Homag 4-017-02-0035, Supravit LKA, Thermoplex LC302, Topas NB 52, or Gleitmo 805.

For central lubrication systems, the semi-fluid gear grease Masterio 3040 is used. It’s applied in spur, cylindrical, and bevel gears. This is a substitute for Homag 4-017-02-0040, Prometeus AKA 20, or Thermoplex ALN 1001/00. If oil is needed for central lubrication, Masterio 3090 is a great choice, equivalent to Homag 2-070-80-0090 or Lubcon TurmofluidF 68.

For heavily loaded mechanisms, Masterio 2020 is recommended—a grease with an extremely long service life — and Masterio LM Plus, a grease for extremely tough conditions with added molybdenum disulfide. For heavily loaded gears, use the gear oil Masterio SP100.

Masterio also offers several high-temperature greases. Masterio 3052 is used for lubricating glue roller bearings in edgebanders; it’s a substitute for Homag 4-017-02-0052, Turmsilongrease, or GLS/966/N2. For even higher temperatures, Masterio 2055 operates up to 315°C (a substitute for Barietta L55/2 and Turmotemp II/400 RS 2), while Masterio TAS withstands temperatures up to 1400°C (a substitute for Homag 4-017-02-0043 and Lubcon Turmopast TAS).

For high-speed components and mechanisms, Masterio 2015 is used. This grease is specially designed for high-speed spindles, an equivalent to Isoflex NBU15 or Turmogrease Highspeed L252. For high-speed rolling and sliding bearings, Masterio 4128 is recommended, a substitute for Turmogrease Highspeed L 251 or Alphaspeed Gys 4-128 HD.

For low temperatures (e.g., machines operating outdoors), Masterio 3541 oil is a good option, equivalent to Homag 2-001-95-0541, Homag 4-017-01-1032, or Turmofluid VDL32. It works even at -35°C. Even more resistant is Masterio 2015, which withstands temperatures down to -55°C.

For lubricating CNC machine guides, Masterio CGLP/CNC 68 oil is used, an equivalent to Castrol Magna SW or Turmogearoil CGLP 68. As a grease in CNC machining centers, the aforementioned Masterio 3035 is applied. Masterio also offers its hydraulic oil in VG46 class — Masterio HLP 46 — and oil for pneumatic devices, Masterio VG 32.
